TitanTech Investments is a Dubai-based investment firm. Vishu Pratap joined as a software developer intern and shipped three surfaces in eight weeks (Sept–Oct 2025): a corporate digital presence, a custom CRM, and investment automation wired to market data.
The problem
Off-the-shelf CRMs model “leads and deals.” An investment desk models clients, mandates, instruments, and execution state. TitanTech needed a system that matched how the firm actually worked, plus a public site that looked like a Gulf-based institutional brand - not a SaaS template.
Custom CRM
The CRM is the operational core. It stores client records, relationship hierarchy, and portfolio context in one place. Staff do not jump between a website CMS, a spreadsheet, and a chat thread to answer “what does this client hold.” That is a data-model problem. The model is relational on purpose.
Investment automation and market data
Automation pulls stock-market data into the same pipeline the CRM uses. The goal is not a trading game. The goal is that a change in the market or a client instruction does not wait on a manual copy-paste. Multi-level infrastructure - public site, internal tools, data ingest - had to stay coherent.
Brand and public site
The public site (preview) carries organizational hierarchy, team, and investment narrative. Video and typography are part of trust for this audience. UI/UX and branding were in scope, not an afterthought handed to a separate agency.
What shipped
Vishu Pratap built TitanTech Investments’ Dubai digital stack: corporate website, custom CRM for client and investment management, and automation that integrates market data into the firm’s pipeline. Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, internal APIs, relational data. Timeline: 8 weeks.
